Cooked food is delivered to school in bulk by Hong Kong Gourmet, where it is reheated and portioned for distribution to students.
Benefits:
All dining wares including trays, dishes, bowls, cutlery are washable and reusable. No disposable containers and cutlery will be used.
The amount of food portioned can be flexibly adjusted upon request. Food waste and non-food wastage can be considerably reduced.
Dining at canteens is much more joyful and exciting than in classrooms, providing a unique social activity for students.
